NOW HIRING: Part-Time / Per Diem Art Therapist
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays, and/or Saturday availability
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (per diem basis)

MarbleJam Kids Inc., an inclusive arts and creative therapies center, is seeking a compassionate, creative, and board-certified or licensed Art Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time/per diem basis. This is a meaningful opportunity to work with youth and young adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and diverse needs through expressive arts-based interventions.

Our ideal candidate is client-centered, adaptable, and passionate about the transformative power of art in building communication, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitate individual and group art therapy sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop treatment goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with DDD and DCF standards
• Support therapeutic enrichment and creative development through the visual arts
• Communicate with families and caregivers as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Art Therapy or Creative Arts Therapies
• New Grads are welcome to apply
• ATR or ATR-P preferred
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and/or those with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative skills
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Pay: $55.04 - $59.58 per hour
