Job Summary

- Licensed Clinical Professional: LCSW Required
- Proven Leadership: 3-5 years supervising in substance use or mental health settings.
- Clinical Expertise: Experience with co-occurring disorders, SMI, dually diagnosed, and HIV/AIDS populations.
- Operational Knowledge: Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, Managed Care, and clinic management.
- Skills: Strong administrative and multi-tasking abilities, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with OASAS and Article 31 regulations (Part 599)
- Supervision in Field Instruction certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish

- Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and support professional staff, Fee-for-Service staff, and interns.
- Drive Quality Care: Review service plans, provide guidance, and maintain clinical excellence.
- Champion Staff Development: Provide ongoing training, professional development, and promote core competencies.
- Operational Oversight: Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, EHR training, budgeting, and billing processes.
- Crisis Support: Manage client crises and emergencies, providing guidance and direct care as needed.
- Quality & Compliance: Participate in committees focused on quality assurance, incident management, and utilization review.
- Lead a “can-do” team that challenges the status quo and drives innovation.
- Play a key role in a groundbreaking integrated clinic model.
