About Job

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role offers $50–$65 per hour, along with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment that values work-life balance. We are committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with autism and their families by fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and individualized ABA services.

At Ad Astra, we provide the tools and resources you need to succeed, including a company-issued laptop and phone. We also reimburse mileage, pay for travel time, and support professional growth with access to CEUs and ongoing internal trainings. Medical, vision and dental benefits are available for full time employees. This position requires local travel to supervise services and ensure effective treatment implementation.

As a BCBA, you will design and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans, provide clinical guidance to technicians, conduct assessments, and partner with families and professionals to drive client progress. Additional responsibilities include leading training initiatives, monitoring staff performance, and contributing to a positive, team-focused culture. You may also participate in IEP and IFSP meetings to advocate for clients and ensure continuity of care.

We value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in applied behavior analysis, while keeping the well-being of both clients and staff as our top priority.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Spanish speaking is valued but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
