Who We're Hiring

Behavior Therapist I
Ideal for those new to the field or currently pursuing studies in psychology, education, or a related area.

Behavior Therapist II
Designed for experienced candidates who are ready to mentor others and take on a leadership-support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism, teaching essential life, communication, and social skills
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, PRT)
• Track client progress through accurate data collection and session documentation
• Collaborate closely with clinical supervisors and support staff
• Behavior Therapist II: Offer mentorship and support to entry-level therapists

Compensation and Benefits

• $22–$23/hour (Behavior Therapist I)
• $24–$28/hour (Behavior Therapist II)
• Hybrid model: in-person to start, with potential for remote sessions after 90+ days
• Language bonus available (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Paid mileage and drive time

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) OR strong ABA-related experience
• Clear TB test, fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations
• Comfortable using a computer and mobile device
