Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX for a Licensed Professional Counselor. The role involves conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, assessing client needs, and providing crisis intervention. The Counselor will collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate client records and staying updated with best practices in mental health care.

Pay and Benefits:

$36,000 plus commission

Earn $65K-$80K per year depending in hours worked

Flexible Hours - Set your own work schedule

Hybrid In Clinic / Remote positions available

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas (Position is not open to LPC-Associates)
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
• Skills in developing treatment plans and assessing client needs
• Proficiency in providing crisis intervention and emotional support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Dedication to staying updated with best practices in mental health care
