Position Overview – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA to play a vital role in our team. Your expertise will guide clients through behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies to improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to determine client needs and strengths.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to client goals.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on progress.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to families and support staff on behavioral techniques.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of assessments and progress.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in behavior intervention and ABA therapy preferred.

Patient Care RequirementBCBA/ABA Therapists are expected to dedicate 80% of their work time to direct patient care, within 60 days of their start date, ensuring a focused and impactful clinical practice. Work-Life Balance & Stability

  • BCBA/ABA Therapists work a set schedule, either four or five days per week, determined at the time of hiring—no unpredictable hours or last-minute changes!
