Role Description:

BCBA or Clinical Director

We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA with at least 3 years' experience to be the Clinical Director in Matawan, NJ. It is a brand-new facility that is designed to be sensory friendly and encourage play/imagination.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Medicine, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health

Proven experience in Clinical Supervision and Psychology

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Relevant certification and licensure (BCBA)

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards

Preferred master's degree in clinical psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field

CPR certification

BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing

Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).

Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.

You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

Owners are not involved in clinical decisions

We provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team

We have a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.

All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
