Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This position is ideal for someone looking for a hybrid position, with a mix of both in-person and remote hours (details negotiable depending on experience). As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to clients and their families.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine the appropriate course of treatment for clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff members on best practices in behavior analysis.
- Engage with families to educate them about behavioral strategies and interventions.
Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and tools.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy methodologies.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records accurately.
- Experience working with children in therapeutic settings is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
