Compensation of a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with Compass:

  • Starting salary - $55,000-$65,000 per year
  • $45/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement (unlimited earning potential)
  • Mileage, supplies, and cell phone reimbursement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

Required:

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCaBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) in Virginia or BaCBA with a goal of obtaining LaBA in Virginia
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving history and good driving record

Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience

Compass is hiring full-time salaried LaBA/BCaBA field supervisors. Ideal candidates will be licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LaBA) in Virginia or Board Certified as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a goal of obtaining LaBA licensure in Virginia. Candidates should have direct experience working with children and/or adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and supervisory experience is highly preferred.
