Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical supervision to social work and counseling interns and staff, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of interns and staff.
  • Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support clinical practice and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of interns and staff, offering feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of supervision sessions and clinical activities.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in substance use treatment and clinical supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois required.
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical supervision, preferably in a substance use treatment setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the principles of harm reduction and evidence-based practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
