What You’ll Do:

· Coordinate and schedule patient home visits, ensuring timely and effective care.

· Provide essential medical administrative support to our dedicated healthcare professionals.

· Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Be the friendly, reliable voice on the phone, responding to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.

· Follow up with patients on test results, referrals, and medication instructions.

· Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.

· Stay compliant with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Home Health Care office setting (preferred).

· Skills: Proficiency in medical terminology, excellent organizational abilities, and strong attention to detail.

· Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

· Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and Wellsky systems is a plus.

· Licensure: Compact State Nurse License (required).

Additional Information:

Location: Stafford, TX 77477 (Relocation required before starting work).

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
