We are currently hiring for full-time positions (in-clinic) based out of our Allen clinic, with client homes in nearby areas such as McKinney. Working hours are typically between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants must have full-time availability.

This role offers approximately 30–35 hours per week, with the potential for more.

Work Environment
As a BAT at Play-Based Wellness, you’ll provide ABA therapy both in our clinic in Allen. You’ll work closely with supervising BCBAs and families to support individualized care in a nurturing and collaborative setting. Most therapists work with 2–3 clients per day, depending on the schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and in-home settings
• Follow treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs
• Track and record client progress accurately
• Communicate professionally with families and supervisors
• Assist BCBA with programming and assessments
• Support skill-building across communication, behavior, and daily living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Enrolled in a Masters program
• RBT certification
• Experience working with children
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and engage in floor-level activities
• Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
• Must pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing
• Full-time availability required, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
