Location: Houston, TX 77040 - onsite
Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary call taker for service requests via phone and email.
- Create service tickets and assist clients
- Review Closed tickets for accuracy and monitor site
- Process supply requests
- Communicate with clients regarding timeframes, charges and re-assignments
- Support Dispatcher with communication with techs and leadership
- Collect monthly meters, machine inventory, and upkeep of spreadsheets.
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of clerical and customer service experience in an office environment required.
- Strong MS Office skills with the capability to catch onto new software.
- Attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
