Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Mental Health Services
Location: Ione, CA 95640
Pay: $98/hr (1099 contract)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services in a correctional healthcare setting in Ione, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial mental health assessments, including substance use and psychological history
• Perform suicide risk evaluations and provide crisis intervention
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Conduct mental status exams and collaborate on complex cases
• Assist patients with benefits applications and community program referrals
• Support transitions across care settings and facilitate discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings
• Ensure compliance with professional ethics, confidentiality, and reporting standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in California
• At least 12months of recent experience within the last 2 years (excluding internships)
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in diverse environments, including housing units or inpatient settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
