Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for children diagnosed with Autism. You’ll provide ongoing clinical supervision to behavior technicians, collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will actively contribute to a culture of intentionality and shared purpose while mentoring team members and advocating for best practices in Autism services.
Your leadership and clinical expertise will directly support our mission of empowering families and making meaningful change in the Autism community. You will join a team of dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts who work together to support growth—for clients and clinicians alike.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Active certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A foundation of patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices in Autism care
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid model (in clinic, in home, and remote)
  • Passion for serving individuals with Autism and their families
