Role Description

This is part-time role for a Behavioral Health Technician/ RBT, located in San Diego, CA with both one on one in-home and in-clinic (center-based) opportunities. Must be available a minimum of 3 afternoons a week (3-6pm). The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans and therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day tasks include collecting data on client progress, assisting in the development of behavior strategies, and providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism in a fun, engaging environment. Effective communication with clients, families, and team members is essential. You will also assist in training caregivers and providing feedback to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Experience in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred: RBT certification bonus or paid training provided if not already an RBT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field is a plus
  • Passionate about working with individuals with autism
