Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven, trauma-informed, and contextually sensitive approaches.
- Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
- Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data.
- Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.
- Adhere to BACB® ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.

Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
- Experience training school staff and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
