- Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and analyze progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain Texas Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
No evenings or weekends required.
