What You’ll Do:

- ✅ Oversee clinic operations & staff workflow

- ✅ Onboard new patients & guide treatment plans

- ✅ Manage schedules, supplements, inventory, QuickBooks, and EMR

- ✅ Support patient retention, program re-signs, and referrals

- ✅ Resolve conflicts & maintain a positive, ethical environment

- ✅ Coach staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Who You Are: -

LVN, MA, or medical office/clinic management experience

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, scheduling systems, EMR

- Strong leadership, communication & customer service skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and ethical

- Passion for holistic & functional medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (DOE)

- Production-Based Quarterly Bonus: Value of services delivered, patient retention & program re-signs, supplement sales. High performers can earn $75,000 – $85,000+ annually
