Our team of clinicians works collaboratively across disciplines to deliver high-quality therapy, neuropsychological evaluations, and psychological testing services. We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Diagnostic Assessment Team (DAT).
Position Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in psychological and/or neuropsychological testing. This role is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work, has excellent diagnostic skills, and wants to be part of a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering therapeutic services and conducting psychological assessments for children facing various challenges. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering mental wellness among youth.
Responsibilities
- Administer and interpret psychological, educational, and neuropsychological assessments
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports with clear, practical recommendations
- Collaborate with our doctors, therapists, schools, and other professionals to support patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary setting
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Active Illinois state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong skills in psychological and/or neuropsychological testing and assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus
- Research experience related to child psychology is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Preferred Experience
- Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations
- Familiarity with ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum, mood, and anxiety evaluations
- Prior work in outpatient, school, or multidisciplinary settings
