What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations
• Conduct client consultations, assess care needs, and develop customized care plans
• Coordinate closely with care teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track and manage marketing efforts using CRM tools like Zoho
• Represent FirstLight at community events, home care expos, and networking opportunities
• Monitor client satisfaction and communicate care updates to relevant staff
• Support quality assurance efforts and contribute to service improvements
• Keep accurate records of visits, leads, and client interactions
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in healthcare or home care
• Previous community outreach or networking experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the senior care industry (assisted living, long-term care, etc.) is a big plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, compassionate, and mature mindset
• Self-motivated and confident working independently or with a team
• Familiarity with telemarketing or cold outreach is helpful

Commission Structure:

We offer very attractive bonus structure that pays 6 figures based on the performance.
