We are looking for a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to join our team and provide individual and/or family therapy to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and/or substance abuse. The successful candidate will be able to provide evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a commitment to helping clients reach their goals. Prior private practice experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Provide treatment plans tailored to each individual client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress notes.
• Provide outpatient referrals as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries within the NASW code of ethics.

What we’re looking for:

• Active independent clinical licensure, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license
• Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
