Location: Fulton, MissouriWork ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMNo weekend or holiday shiftsNo emergency/on-call services requiredPosition Overview: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized interventions for individuals diagnosed with both developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. This role is essential to a collaborative treatment team and is focused on helping clients achieve positive outcomes through targeted behavior support.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team.Conduct behavioral observations and assessments to determine treatment needs.Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with goals to:Enhance adaptive life skills,Minimize maladaptive or disruptive behaviors,Facilitate movement toward less restrictive settings.Review treatment progress, adjust BSPs as necessary, and document updates.Take an active role in team meetings for treatment planning and review.QualificationsActive Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Prior experience supporting individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental illness.Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.Team-oriented with the ability to work across disciplines.For more details reach at vgill@navitassols.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1203.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
