Job Overview:
We are seeking a fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This role allows you to launch or expand a private practice, accept insurance, and manage patients through a secure online platform. Your expertise will help clients access care affordably and conveniently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families via a secure online platform.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Support clients in improving relationships and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with insurance networks to expand client reach.
• Manage your practice schedule independently while ensuring high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT license (state-specific).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Experience providing mental health therapy to diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing private practice or accepting insurance.
• Comfortable providing virtual counseling sessions.
