Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and groups. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, offering psychotherapy, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including those with disabilities and autism. The LCSW will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address various mental health issues.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy and psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Offer specialized support for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
  • Implement addiction counseling strategies for clients struggling with substance use disorders.
  • Engage in Christian counseling as requested by clients seeking faith-based support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Experience

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience in individual group counseling, working with individuals with autism, and providing services to people with disabilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its implications for therapy is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective therapy across diverse populations, including experience in addiction counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the field of social work.
