We're looking for a passionate and driven BCBA or BCBA-D to join our growing team in Hesperia, CA. What You'll Do
- Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients.
- Write and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and behavior support plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and program modification to ensure measurable, accelerated patient progress.
- Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians to promote delivery of high-quality services.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure strategies extend beyond sessions.
- Manage assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours.
- Offer staff development, training, and modeling for team members and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with BACB, state, and federal regulations.
- Meet regularly with your Area Director to review cases, discuss barriers, and strategize solutions.
- Collaborate with funding sources as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D (required).
- Experience: 2+ years developing or implementing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and time management abilities.
