Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in Mesquite, TX for the current school year. This position offers the opportunity to support students through behavior intervention strategies and collaborative planning with educators and families.

Dates: ASAP End of School Year

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite/school-based role

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification

• Licensed in the state of Texas (if applicable)

• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
