Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fully licensed as a Mental Health Counselor at the Master’s level or above, with licensure (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP), valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and enhancing the mental health of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a practice using digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule while staying compliant with industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or interest in private practice management.
• Familiarity with insurance networks and credentialing processes (though this will be supported by the platform).
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
