Job Summary

Every Special Child is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team in Daly City, CA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies like positive reinforcement to help clients, often children with autism, improve communication, social skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress, providing supervision and training to behavior technicians, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining detailed client records and ethical practices

Requirements:

• California state BCBA Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
