Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent (requirements may vary by state).
• Current NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Ability and willingness to accept insurance for client services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for supporting clients' mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing or growing a private practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Comfortability working remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and credentialing (though support and training are provided).
