JT Behavioral Milestones partners with APD-approved group homes to provide high-quality behavioral health services for adults with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to improving quality of life through person-centered supports, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative care across residential and community settings.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to provide and oversee behavioral health services in APD group home settings. Team members will be responsible for assessments, treatment plan development, staff training, and ongoing supervision to ensure compliance with APD and Medicaid standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Analysis Service Plans (BASPs). (BCBA role)
  • Implement behavior plans and assist with updates and data review. (BCaBA role, under BCBA supervision)
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of RBTs, behavior assistants, and group home staff.
  • Deliver staff and caregiver training tailored to the group home environment.
  • Monitor progress and update plans based on data and APD requirements.
  • Ensure timely documentation and submission of service notes in compliance with APD and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Collaborate with group home administrators, WSCs, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with BACB and APD regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (BCBA).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (BCaBA).
  • Current certification with the BACB (BCBA or BCaBA) in good standing.
  • Active Florida Medicaid & APD approval (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience working in group homes, residential, or adult settings preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation

  • BCBA: $62–$65 per hour (contract) or salaried options available
  • BCaBA: $40–$45 per hour (contract) or salaried options available
  • Additional incentives for meeting productivity and compliance benchmarks
