Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Fulton, Missouri
Shift Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekends and holidays off
No emergency services required
Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavioral assessment and intervention services to individuals with dual diagnoses of developmental disabilities and mental illness. This position is part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and focuses on improving client outcomes through individualized behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Observe and assess client behavior to complete initial behavioral assessments and determine data collection needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to:
Increase adaptive and functional behaviors,
Reduce maladaptive or challenging behaviors,
Support transition to less restrictive environments.
Regularly evaluate treatment progress and revise BSPs as needed.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to create, review, and update treatment plans.
Qualifications
Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working with individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental illness.
Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
