ABA Professionals is a fast-growing behavioral services agency servicing clients around the Orlando area. We are looking for passionate professionals in ABA who want to help make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. Our therapists help children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach goals set in treatment plans created by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy methods. We are devoted to providing high quality service to the individuals we serve.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong knowledge of ethical standards, evidence-based practices, and current ABA research.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work with children and families with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink, or similar software).
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based sessions
Essential Functions
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide direct ABA therapy and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- Train and mentor team members on ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with BACB standards, insurance requirements, and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
