Job Summary:

Champions Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to fill the role of Assisted Living Marketer. This unique position actively promotes our services to prospective residents and their families. We're seeking a dynamic Assisted Living Administrator who is outgoing, energetic, excels in marketing quality lifestyle facilities and driving exceptional results!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our premier assisted living community.

- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Support efficient operations management, focusing on resident satisfaction and quality of care.

- Cultivate relationships with communities and institutions to attract prospective residents including local Doctor’s offices, industry and other referral sources.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop customer profiles

Requirements:

- Proven experience in assisted living or Long term care with a focus on marketing and resident satisfaction.

- Track record of driving results and optimizing customer satisfaction in a senior living environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, community and staff.

- Dedication to promoting a high quality of life for senior adults through innovative programs and services.

- Must be an out-of-the-box thinker and innovative

- Willing to execute marketing plans, meet goals and attend community events

Qualification and Skills required:

- Excellent organizational skills, presentations skills, goal driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- 2-3 years of market development experience in the healthcare and related industry Experience in Social media marketing strategies.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
