This leadership role involves managing staff and coordinating patient care activities, working collaboratively with healthcare and non-healthcare providers.
- Serves as a mentor and role model for staff.
- Reports to a Nursing Director or Executive Director.
- Location: Main location in Texas and surrounding areas.
- Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure in Texas, BSN preferred.
- Must hold a national certification (e.g., CCRN, RNC, CEN, etc.) in related fields.
- Minimum of three years recent hospital or clinic experience; external applicants need at least two years in management.
- Verification of completion of American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider courses is required.
- Current Texas RN license and AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card are mandatory.
