Create and update exciting programming, goals, and behavior plans tailored to each client’s growth journey

Be a key voice in IEP meetings, team huddles, and family consultations

Conduct assessments and FBAs with a sharp eye and a clinician's creativity

Track behaviors and skill growth daily

Work in a variety of environments: schools, group homes, community settings, and private homes—no two days are ever the same!

Master’s degree + BCBA certification (you’re the expert!)

Next-level organizational skills and time management superpowers
