Position: Sales/Client Care Manager

Job description

For more than 15 years, 1Heart Caregiver Services has been providing professional private duty care to seniors as well as to adults who require assistance at home. We are looking for a Client Care Manager/Marketing Representative to join our growing team of professionals as we continue to expand nationwide. 90% of the job will be outside of the office. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and preserve business relationships with referral sources- Residential Care facilities, Independent Living Facilities, hospitals, etc., who will recommend the agency to potential clients.
  • Implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns of the brand.
  • Answer calls from referral sources, prospective clients and/or their family members, and existing clients and employees. This requires a 24/7 presence with a high level of accountability and a work cell phone will be provided
  • Respond to prospective client inquiries, providing them with information, and conduct follow-up and other client development activities to generate new clients within the service area.
  • Perform assessments with prospective clients, address their questions and concerns, to convert them onto active service with the organization.
  • Provide after-hours support for our clients, referral partners and prospective clients (including evenings and weekends) – this support may include e-mail, telephone and/or home visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
