Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges. This role involves working closely with children and their families to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments based on data analysis.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.
Experience
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.
- Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality is essential.
- Familiarity with behavioral health principles, patient care, special education, and medical documentation is advantageous.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
