Experience Required (Minimum level of experience): combination of education and years of experience as specified above. Sensitivity to multi-cultural concerns and the psychotherapeutic process required. Experience in Behavioral Medicine/Health Psychology Preferred. Verbal and Written Skills Required to Perform the Job: Bilingual English/Spanish required. • The FQHC level is generally mild-moderate concerns, 1 hour intakes, 30 minute visits for adults, 45 minute visits for children, 11-12/day for therapy depending on population served. The CCBHC level is for moderate-severe concerns, weekly therapy, 45 minute appts, 9/day for therapy. All psychiatry is generally 12/day. A few things that are currently very high need: o FQHC - therapists who see children 5+, especially those under 10 o CCBHC - therapists with experience working with pregnant and post-partum patients.
