We are seeking an eager, enthusiastic, and experienced Treatment Coordinator who excels in the following areas:
- Providing a 5-star service approach to patients, guests and team members
- Clearly explaining treatment plans to patients and addressing their questions
- Multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Obtaining and explaining all necessary forms, record requests, dental benefit plan information, and referrals in a timely manner before appointments
- Monitoring and communicating with patients to follow-up on treatment
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Strong, demonstrated organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and verbal
- 2+ years of proven experience as a treatment coordinator or in a related dental role (Required)
- Experience with Eaglesoft (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
- Experience in a technology-forward environment, showcasing strong computer skills
- Confidence in handling money and requesting patient payments
This is a full-time position with potential growth for leadership. We have huddles and team meetings, as communication is a cornerstone to success in our practice. Hours are:
- Mondays: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Fridays: Administrative day (hours vary)
