About Job
Job description
About Us: We are a small group dedicated to providing accessible and affordable therapy services to our community. Our practice serves a diverse clientele, POC and LGBTQIA+, offering support to individuals through private pay and various insurance plans, including managed Medi-Cal, IN-network and OUT-of-network coverage, and CA Victims of Crime.
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated associates who are interested in building a private practice. This role is ideal for those looking to develop their caseload with the support and referrals from our team. While the position is insurance-based, associates must be self-driven and capable of marketing and advertising their services to maintain an active caseload.
Unlike community mental health clinics, clients are not automatically assigned; the goal is to guide you toward establishing a private practice. You will be responsible for networking and actively recruiting your clients. We will provide referrals when available.
This position is perfect for therapists seeking additional hours and requiring schedule flexibility.

- Active Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) or the Board of Psychology (psychological assistants).
