A Full-Time Social Worker position is available in an elementary school setting, serving as an itinerant professional across two schools. This contract role begins on August 18th and extends through the full school year, providing comprehensive social work services within the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to students, families, and school staff to support academic and social-emotional success
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide individual and group counseling
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and community resources to address student needs
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral management as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Valid School Social Work licensure
• Experience working in school-based social work preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseload across multiple school locations effectively
