School Psychologist Autism & Evaluations Specialist | Onsite | New Jersey
A New Jersey school district is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to provide critical support for students across grades K12. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background in evaluations, testing, and Autism support who thrive in collaborative, school-based environments.
Assignment Overview
Dates: ASAP June 26, 2026
Hours: 35 hours weekly (8:15 AM3:15 PM or 3:05 PM)
Setting: Onsite, K12 caseload
Compensation: $40-$50/hour
Position: 1 opening
Key Duties
Administer comprehensive student evaluations and psychological testing
Provide expertise in Autism-focused interventions and student support plans
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals
Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success
Maintain compliance with state and district documentation standards
Qualifications
Active New Jersey School Psychologist license and certification (required)
Demonstrated school-based experience, including Autism-specific expertise
Must have reliable transportation for in-district travel
Required: agency/district fingerprints, TB test, physical exam
Commitment to confirmed pay rate prior to interview
Zoom interview required before placement
