A school district in Burnsville, MN is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to provide support at the elementary level. This contracted position runs from ASAP through November 5, 2025, offering a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

This role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychological services to students in grades K-5, specifically those with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position requires hands-on support within classrooms, 1:1 sessions, and small groups, complementing traditional evaluation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in K-5 with EBD and ASD.
• Provide direct interventions and support in classroom settings to promote student success.
• Deliver individualized support through 1:1 and small group sessions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant district and state regulations.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with EBD and ASD.
• Strong skills in behavioral interventions and psychological evaluations.
