- Provide strengths based and resiliency building activities that support each youth. These activities include but are not limited to the following: social and recreational engagement; development and maintenance of friendships; maintaining personal boundaries; stress management, relaxation and mindfulness; daily living skills (i.e. money management, use of public transportation); secondary education/pre-vocational/career planning and preparations; strategies to prevent and address bullying of others and being bullied.
- To collaborate and ensure the development and achievement of each youth’s treatment goals that lead to improved functioning in identified areas of their life.
- To ensure transportation for youth and their family in a safe manner in matters related to service delivery.
- Organize, plan, facilitate or co-facilitate flexible support groups as assigned.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
