Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 40 hrs/week guaranteed
OT: Daily after 24 hrs | Weekly after 40 hrs

Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Social Worker license (must be active at submission)
- BILH coversheet required
- Flu vaccine required (effective 9/2 for new staff, by 12/1 for current staff – no declinations accepted)
- Local candidates not accepted
- Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN in any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
