We are hiring licensed therapists to join our remote care team in New York. This role focuses on delivering teletherapy, creating structured treatment plans, and supporting clients with evidence-based strategies.Schedule & Compensation
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $115,000 – $120,000 annually

- Provide secure video-based counseling sessions
- Develop and adjust care plans based on progress
- Collaborate with peers to enhance client outcomes
- Document services in compliance with standards
- Stay informed about new approaches in mental health care
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Licensed in New York (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Minimum of two years of counseling experience
- Knowledge of trauma or substance use counseling a plus
- Strong ability to engage clients remotely
