Ever feel like your work gets lost in the shuffle at a big company? Starchild Interventions is different. We're a growing team with a big heart, searching for a passionate Behavioral Analyst to join our team of SCI Superheroes.
We're looking for a BCBA with experience working with toddlers and adolescents with developmental delays, particularly in the home environment. All cases will be in person in the learner's home or school in Antelope Valley. Telehealth will be available for some of the ongoing hours. You'll need strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. Starchild Interventions, a growing company with a big heart, is searching for a passionate Behavioral Analyst to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
- Train and guide our Behavior Specialists in implementing the ABA program.
- Provide In-home supervision and parent training to assigned children when scheduled
- Review individual goals and progress for assigned children.
- Develop treatment plans, maintain records, and write progress reports.
- Create materials to support treatment goals.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and the Clinical Director.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a minimum of a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or related field
- Valid California Driver's License
- Experience in working with children on the spectrum
- Must hold a current and valid BCBA Certification
