- Spread the Word: Share the MEBS™ philosophy to eliminate restrictive practices around the globe.
- Get Creative: Replace outdated treatments with innovative, inclusive, and life-enhancing approaches.
- Be a Trailblazer: Use MEBS™ to create brighter futures for individuals, families, and entire communities.
What You’ll Do:
As our newest BCBA, you’ll:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (think detective work with a purpose).
- Design and implement person-centered plans rooted in the magic of the MEBS™ model.
- Coach and cheerlead your team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Train families, staff, and caregivers to rock those behavior plans like pros.
- Use data to drive progress and celebrate every victory—big or small.
- Help us spread the MEBS™ love far and wide, transforming lives one intervention at a time.
- Weekly Billable hours to complete: 25
- Location: San Diego County - includes North to South
- Client schedules: Sessions start from 8 am - 7 pm
- Telehealth supervision: Imperial Valley clients that require support (50%)
Your Profile:
- BCBA Certified (active licensure required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field.
- You know how to design interventions and have the creativity to make them truly life-changing.
- Passionate about inclusive, person-centered approaches (bonus points for being fun and adaptable).
- You love data, teamwork, and the occasional celebratory high-five.
