Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health counseling to individuals, families, and groups. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and the elderly. The LCSW will play a crucial role in assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and group therapy.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients across various settings.
• Offer support and counseling to individuals, addressing developmental and emotional challenges.
• Experience
• A valid MA LCSW license is required.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining confidentiality in client interactions.
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is highly desirable.
